Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Facilities and/or Project Management experience.
• Experience with maintenance related repairs in residential apartments.
• Ability to think outside the box to find process efficiencies.
• Good computer skills necessary to manage work order creation and reporting.
• Able to multi-task under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and able to assist during urgent/emergency situations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations across maintenance trades, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and small projects from start to finish.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase repair efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors, including scheduling, scope review, and performance oversight.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Lead, coach, and support maintenance team members to drive accountability and results.
