Responsibilities

• Manage operations and maintenance of all contract buildings.
• Supervise skilled trades, admin staff, and ensure uniform service quality.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans; pursue predictive projects.
• Negotiate O&M contracts and manage vendor relationships; qualify new vendors.
• Oversee purchase of maintenance supplies and parts; manage CMMS usage.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and equipment; report repairs and replacements.
