Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure safety and cleanliness of the club. The role works opposite the Facility Operations Manager and may serve as Manager on Duty when needed. The ideal candidate is adaptable to Life Time’s needs and standards.

Responsibilities include supervising cleanliness, safety, and repairs, conducting routine maintenance, and participating in safety trainings. CPR/AED certification should be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all facility conditions are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
