The Michaels Companies DC-Centralia location seeks an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams, manage preventive and corrective programs, and coordinate with Operations to optimize distribution center performance.

You will oversee budgets, inventory for equipment, and contractor quality while promoting a respectful workplace and strong communications across internal and external partners.

Competenze

• 5+ years of related experience including facilities maintenance and management.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with ability to read drawings.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Mansioni
