Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to maintain and improve the Distribution Center’s facilities and equipment. You will perform basic repairs or oversee vendors, and support the General Manager in daily maintenance tasks.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in General Business, 3+ years in maintenance leadership, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; applicable experience may substitute.
• 3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combo.
• Experience leading a Maintenance department.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily facility maintenance operations.
• Assess HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Structural needs and oversee repairs.
• Maintain CMMS data and file retention.
• Receive, analyze, and dispatch maintenance requests for the DC.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor preventive maintenance.
• Manage budget and approve service requests.
