• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience in a distribution center or similar operation.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS; LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team to achieve safety, accuracy, production, and inventory goals.
• Develop and implement plans aligning with operational objectives.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely information to teammates and leadership to drive success.
• Hire, train, and develop direct reports; build a positive team culture.
• Address performance and conduct issues with coaching and HR collaboration.
