Job summary

Albert Einstein Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor - Facilities Operations to support the Director and Plant Manager in implementing facilities programs and projects. You will ensure work meets specifications, regulations, and quality standards while maintaining resources cost-effectively within the region.

You will lead staff in HVACR, plumbing, and related hospital systems, manage budgets, and direct project execution with the Craft/Projects Shop and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospital plant operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage HVACR and plumbing systems within budget and quality standards.
• Proven track record in staff development, safety training, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations to ensure regulatory compliance and system reliability.
• Develop and execute projects through the shop staff and contractors.
• Oversee preventive and routine maintenance within regional budgets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coach staff for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and contingency plans during planned/unplanned work.
