Candidates should bring 5+ years of direct trade experience, with union supervisory exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct experience in the trade or craft field.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience with union labor preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Director and Plant Manager in implementing facilities programs.

• Lead staff and manage plant operations across HVACR and plumbing systems.
