We’re seeking a facilities pro who thrives on variety, keeps a space clean, organized, and ready for visitors every day, and leads front-of-house operations with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

You will own vendor relationships, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate on-site logistics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in workplace or facilities services in a larger environment (100 to 200 employees; 100,000+ sq ft facilities).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking with a natural sense of urgency.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to catch issues early so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Highly organized with a talent for building processes and managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem solver who can assess a situation, find the solution, and bring in the right resources.
• Experience managing vendors, maintenance programs, and facility operating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facilities vendors and contracts; ensure high standards through routine walkthroughs.
• Define scopes of work, write RFQs, and award facilities contracts with support from the team.
• Own day-to-day operations of the facility; keep it clean, organized, and visitor-ready.
• Serve as first point of contact for facilities tickets and repair requests; resolve issues.
• Lead security and reception at the front of house; create welcoming visitor experiences.
• Support space planning as the team grows and coordinate on-site logistics.
• Oversee furniture projects from planning through delivery and setup.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost facility reliability and reduce costs.
• Build response plans and contingency procedures for critical building utilities.
