Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and in response to emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the daily operations of grounds and custodial services.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate grounds and custodial staff.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing departmental goals, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Serve as acting department leader in the absence of the Director of Facilities or designated supervisor.
