Job summary

Edwards, a division of Atlas Copco, seeks a Facilities Coordinator for our Hillsboro, Oregon site. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, supervise contractors, and ensure safety and compliance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical and utility systems, plus CMMS familiarity and excellent organization. You will partner with internal customers and vendors to optimize uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a technical discipline preferred; or equivalent military training, trade school certification, apprenticeship program, or related technical education.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or commercial facilities maintenance environments.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers and supporting preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for facility systems.
• Plan, schedule, and follow up on maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor building and utility system performance and grounds.
• Coordinate inspections and drive timely corrective actions.
• Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Manage parts, equipment, and supplier relationships.
