Job summary

The role requires a technical background in industrial facilities, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple providers while delivering strong customer service across the site. On-site work in Hillsboro is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a technical discipline preferred; or equivalent military/trade education.
• Minimum 4 years in industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or commercial facilities maintenance.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and facility infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and utility systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools.
• Energy management and sustainability knowledge; safety certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for facility systems.
• Plan, schedule, and follow up on maintenance activities to maintain uptime.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Support facility improvement projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Inspect and monitor buildings, grounds, and utility systems.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and procurement coordination.
