Spooky Nook Sports Ohio LLC in Hamilton, OH is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician responsible for building systems, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical upkeep at the largest indoor sports complex. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, read blueprints, and ensure safety for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints/schematics.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.
• Proficient in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Must be reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain basic building plumbing, HVAC, and electric systems.
• Repair drywall, paint, and wallpaper as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and diagnose system failures.
• Order parts and manage par levels; document work performed.
• Read blueprints and schematics; assist with snow removal as needed.
• Ensure safety for guests and staff; support hotel guest services if required.
• Other duties as assigned.
