Job summary

Rigetti Computing, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace across office, lab, and manufacturing spaces. You will independently handle maintenance requests, vendor relationships, and small-to-medium facility projects.

Partnering with EH&S, IT, HR, and Finance, you will maintain records, budgets, and metrics, drive process improvements, and serve as the primary contact for facilities matters with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent related experience in facilities management.
• Experience independently managing vendors and service providers.
• Experience coordinating projects in lab, manufacturing, or technical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations across spaces and adjust priorities.
• Manage work orders, service requests, and maintenance schedules.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance and track completion.
• Lead small to mid-size facility projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate vendor management, safety, and compliance activities.
• Maintain records, budgets, and performance metrics.
