Job summary

UL Research Institutes in Marietta, GA seeks a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee on-site office and lab maintenance, logistics, and vendor coordination. You will manage building mechanical systems, safety monitoring, and regulatory compliance under HSE programs to keep ULRI-CIRI Marietta operating smoothly.

You'll lead project tracking, equipment commissioning, and space planning while partnering with building management and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and execution of on-site office and lab maintenance and logistics (HVAC, water, vacuum, air filtration, chemical safety monitoring).
• Coordinate and develop internal and vendor relationships; handle inquiries and new projects.
• Gather information, identify resources, and track commitments and timelines.
• Organize office operations and procedures, coordinate logistics, and guide facilities processes.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and secure arrangements.
• Work with building management to orchestrate on-site deliveries and logistics.
• Maintain vendor information in the CRM vendor database.
• Implement site-level requirements of the enterprise-wide business continuity plan.
• Provide support for non-technical requests and ULRI CIRI information.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and facility environment; assist HSE on compliance matters.
