Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred associate degree or technical credential in related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial and maintenance operations district-wide to ensure safe, clean, and functional facilities.
• Coordinate daily facilities operations, supervise repairs, and schedule staff.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, safety systems, and building infrastructure.
• Order supplies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Train and supervise custodial crew; enforce policies and procedures.
• Respond to maintenance requests, document needs, and coordinate with the Portfolio Manager.
