• Must have experience managing custodial and maintenance for a facility.
• 3-5 Years of experience in facilities maintenance

Responsibilities

• Oversees campus building, grounds and services maintenance to ensure safety and aesthetics.
• Provides proactive leadership to meet university goals for quality facilities that are cost effective.
• Recruits, trains and develops staff to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Manages work orders and assigns tasks to optimize labor and timelines.
• Develops and implements a Preventative Maintenance Plan for campus operations.
• Prepares annual budget and manages expenditures.
• Coordinates with the Assistant Vice President for Business Operations to align objectives.
• Supervises maintenance personnel and conducts performance evaluations.
• Maintains department budget and procurement processes.
