Job summary

Disinfectant Solutions of Atlanta is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily facilities operations, staffing, and site-support activities with a strong hands-on leadership style.

The ideal candidate will have proven operations and facilities management experience, mechanical aptitude, and be able to lead a team while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and client satisfaction across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven management or supervisory experience in janitorial, custodial, facilities, maintenance, construction, or related operations.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, coordinating, executing and following up on projects with personnel, equipment, materials, deadlines and budgets.
• Strong mechanical skills and mechanical aptitude are mandatory.
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and address basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, equipment, and facility-related issues.
• Experience operating and maintaining commercial cleaning and floor-care equipment.
• Ability to read and understand equipment instructions, maintenance requirements, safety procedures, and site specifications.
• Proven ability to supervise employees, delegate assignments, enforce policies, and hold team members accountable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients, employees, vendors, contractors, and management.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Staff & Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Project Management: Plan and manage site-specific projects from initiation to completion with timelines and resources.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, employees, and management as needed.
• Safety, Quality & Client Satisfaction: Maintain DSA quality standards and professional client interactions.
