Job summary

The Catholic Diocese of Jefferson City is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee the upkeep of the Catholic Center, bishop’s residence, and diocesan properties at Marshall Street & W. Main Street.

You will coordinate cleaning, repairs, and vendor relations to ensure efficient daily operations. You will manage vehicle use, assist in budgeting, and ensure timely completion of maintenance projects, including snow removal and grounds care.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of custodial experience.
• Experience with grounds maintenance.
• Experience with electrical repair, plumbing repair, hardware, painting, and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily upkeep of the Catholic Center, bishop’s residence, and diocesan properties.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and repair supplies; work with cleaning personnel.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and vendor relationships; supervise vehicles and licenses.
• Review bills from contractors and monthly utility bills; oversee budget monitoring.
• Assist in set-up/breakdown for diocesan meetings and events; assign spaces and keys.
