Responsibilities include coordinating cleaning, managing supplies and vendor contracts, supervising groundskeeping, overseeing vehicle records, assisting in budgeting, and coordinating renovations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in custodial work.
• Experience in grounds maintenance.
• Experience with electrical and plumbing repair, hardware, painting and building upkeep.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of the Catholic Center and diocesan properties.
• Coordinate cleaning staff and manage cleaning supplies inventory.
• Oversee vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Manage vehicle fleet records, licenses, and routine maintenance.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring related to facilities.
• Arrange and oversee maintenance for snow removal, lawn care, and repairs.
• Support events setup and breakdown for diocesan meetings.
• Ensure required inspections are up to date and coordinate renovations as needed.
• Create and regularly update a duties and responsibilities folder.
