Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management or related supervisory roles.
• Experience overseeing maintenance, repairs, and construction in commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee maintenance, repairs, renovations, and construction of parish facilities.
• Supervise maintenance and safety for JeffCAP facilities on East Bank and West Bank.
• Conduct inspections and site visits; schedule repairs; coordinate with contracted vendors.
• Manage work orders and oversee project completion through all phases.
• Essential, emergency duty status worker; may be required to respond during evacuations.
• Operate Parish vehicle; valid license and clean driving record preferred.
