Job summary

Leo is seeking a Facilities Operations leader in Wall Township, NJ to oversee a portfolio of client accounts within the Repair & Maintenance team. You will ensure timely completion of work orders, coordinate vendors across multiple trades, and drive client satisfaction.

You will lead a small to mid-sized team of Facilities Associate Managers and Coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback while supporting escalation resolution and process improvements to boost overall

Qualifications

For this role, a degree plus 3 years in Facilities Maintenance/PM with 2+ years in leadership are required.
Experience managing client accounts and coordinating vendors is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to grow knowledge in management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of client accounts within the Repair & Maintenance operations team.
Ensure timely work order completion and clear client communication.
Supervise Facilities Associate Managers/Coordinators and provide training and evaluations.
Support vendor sourcing, selection, and dispatch for multi-trade work orders.
Review price quotes, ensure proper job scoping, and monitor status in systems.
Assist with client onboarding and maintaining client resources.
Collaborate to implement process improvements and handle escalations.
Participate in after-hours coverage including emergency dispatch support.
