Job summary

Leo is seeking a Facilities Operations Leader to oversee a portfolio of client accounts in the Repair & Maintenance group. You will manage work orders, coordinate vendors across multiple trades, and mentor a team of associates to maintain consistent service levels.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to travel occasionally, and comfort with after-hours support. You will collaborate with the Operations Sr. Manager to drive improvements and onboarding for new clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field with 3+ years of facilities maintenance or project management experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience or equivalent supervisory training.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for a portfolio of client accounts within R&M operations.
• Ensure timely work order completion, vendor coordination, and client satisfaction.
• Lead a small to mid-sized team of Facilities Associate Managers and/or Coordinators.
• Support escalation resolution and process improvements to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure vendor compliance.
