Qualifications

• Associate degree (or 2 years college) in maintenance with 2+ years municipal maintenance, including 2 years in supervision.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with good driving record and proof of adequate vehicle insurance.
• Preferred FMC or FMP designation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Building Maintenance team with assignments and evaluations.
• Plan and direct facilities operations, HVAC/building automation, and repairs.
• Inspect properties for hazards and improvement needs.
• Coordinate third-party contractors for capital projects.
• Oversee year-round grounds maintenance and snow removal.
• Assist with budget development and cost estimating.
