• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment and review work orders.
• Present performance and progress reports to management and suggest improvements.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfecting schedules for the building.
• Evaluate vendors, costs, and benefits; track facility expenses.
• Lead by example and ensure team objectives align with CBRE goals.
