Job summary

Jabil is seeking a facilities operations leader to guide a team of technicians in maintaining the factory building, surrounding grounds, and production plant services. The role covers preventive maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repairs of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include environmental compliance, permits, liaison with utilities, and enforcing safety training. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in industrial engineering with 4–7 years of related experience and

Responsibilities

Lead a team of facilities technicians to maintain the factory building, its surroundings and production plant service.
Oversee preventive maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs of building and utility systems.
Ensure environmental compliance and obtain necessary permits.
Coordinate with public utilities and energy agencies; maintain safety training for all staff.
Plan monthly budget and drive continuous improvement in facilities operations.
