Job summary

You’ll coordinate vendor contracts, oversee HVAC and power systems, and ensure OSHA and environmental safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management.
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience in facilities or maintenance operations.
• Strong organizational and management skills with proven ability to provide direction to staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities with demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance technicians, housekeeping personnel, and related staff.
• Manage vendor contracts and coordinate with outside contractors to resolve building issues and implement projects.
• Oversee mechanical systems including HVAC/R, indoor air quality management, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Monitor power systems infrastructure including electrical substations and standby generators.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental health and safety regulations.
• Provide on-site coverage during weekend production as required.
