Santa Barbara City College (SBCC) seeks a Director of Facilities to oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair of College District buildings, grounds and equipment. You will lead planning, budgeting, and project delivery, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Vice President of Business Services, directs a diverse team, collaborates with architects and contractors, and drives the college's facilities strategy to support student success.

Formación

• Five years of progressively responsible construction/maintenance experience, with two years in a supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, control and direct operations for facilities maintenance.
• Coordinate communications and resources to meet district needs.
• Supervise and evaluate assigned personnel.
• Develop annual maintenance and repair budgets and cost estimates.
• Coordinate construction/renovation projects with architects and contractors.
