Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering with at least five years in a leadership role, plus extensive knowledge of building systems and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field required.
• Five+ years in a comparable leadership position.
• Experience in all aspects of building maintenance (sewage, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, OSHA, building inspection).
• Ability to interpret blueprints and manage projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry or Construction certification within 90 days; CFM or FMP preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain Washington gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Overall managerial responsibility for the Facilities/EVS departments.
• Maintain electrical and mechanical operation of the property both interior & exterior.
• Oversee facility upgrades, changes, expansions/renovations.
• Develop and manage department budgets and CAPEX.
• Ensure compliance with Tribal, State, Federal laws and regulations.
• Supervise Facilities/EVS team and drive succession planning.
