Job summary

Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochester, WA is seeking an EVS Lead to keep all casino areas clean and presentable and to support the EVS department leadership with administrative tasks as needed.

The role requires at least one year of custodial experience with leadership skills, a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to obtain a Washington State Gaming License, and the capacity to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year custodial experience with leadership.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain WA State Gaming License; pass pre-employment drug screen; meet driving record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises EVS Custodial personnel under the supervisor.
• Leads may fill in for supervisor during absences (PTO, callouts, training).
• Assist with shift coverage and scheduling; maintain casino property and equipment.
• Perform clerical duties as needed and assist in training new team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures; handle guest complaints as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
