• Supervise Facility Manager, Housekeeping Manager, and Grounds & Horticulture Manager.
• Establish clear expectations, annual goals, performance standards, and accountability measures for each department manager.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure each operations staff has annual goals that are in line with the Strategic and Business Sustainability Plans.
