• Acts as initial service contact for OCPS Facilities and Environmental Services.
• Coordinates field trip requests and communicates with principals, managers, and vendors.
• Initiates work orders and coordinates vehicle deployment for field trips.
• Maintains records of calls regarding operations, maintenance, or transportation issues.
• Assists in investigations of routine complaints and adherence to policies.
