Job summary

USM is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, coordinating services and resolving issues. The role emphasizes strong communication, relation-building, and accuracy in tracking work orders, quotes, and billing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume customer service, bilingual Spanish/English abilities, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or higher; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience in high-volume customer service is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Schedules and validates services performed by our suppliers.
• Obtains quotes and prepares proposals for enhancements and repairs.
• Analyzes property inspection results and develops remediation and improvement initiatives.
• Resolves service issues with urgency and care.
• Reconciles billing and service data.
