Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a meticulous Facilities Coordinator to maintain the Facilities team's systems and records, including CMMS (Fexa), lease data extraction, and database updates. You will support the team by providing accurate information for timely repairs and maintenance.

The role involves handling work orders for warehouse field teams, coordinating with general managers on troubleshooting, obtaining bids from contractors, and driving cost savings across projects while delivering strong customer

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems.
• Experience with facilities databases and work orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CMMS (Fexa) and facilities records; ensure data accuracy.
• Extract lease agreement information and add to department database.
• Assist Facilities Managers on special projects and initiatives.
• Manage repair and maintenance requests through the work order life cycle; coordinate with GMs and contractors.
• Solicit competitive bids from contractors and drive cost savings on projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to field teams and ensure timely communication.
