Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix is seeking a Building Services Supervisor to coordinate, monitor and complete building service requests across Mayo Arizona campuses. You will lead crews of 2–10 personnel, supervise external contractors for larger projects, and use CMMP, Lawson and Concur to track work orders and maintain a 95% completion rate.

A high school diploma/GED is required; four years of related building services experience are needed, with two years of degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of four (4) years in building services.
• Two (2) year degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with users on design and layout of smaller construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and complete building service requests across Mayo Arizona campuses.
• Oversee external contract services for larger scale work orders.
• Supervise crews of 2–10 personnel daily and ensure safety and quality.
• Utilize CMMP, Lawson and Concur to track and close-out work orders; maintain high completion rates.
