Job summary

Santa Clara County Health Plan is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities department. You will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, oversee daily maintenance, and coordinate with the Manager of Facilities to handle HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues while ensuring a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring the IT ticket system, ordering supplies, mail handling, and assisting with events and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of facilities experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work after hours and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance inspections of the facility and address hazards.
• Monitor IT ticket system for building, equipment, and furniture requests.
• Prioritize tasks with the Manager of Facilities to meet deadlines (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Inventory and order janitorial, hardware and office supplies.
• Deliver and pick up mail; prepare time-sensitive bulk mail; log deliveries.
• Assist with event setup/teardown and safety inspections of the company van.
