Job summary

Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily operations, coordinating maintenance reviews, vendor scheduling, supply fulfillment and service requests across southeast Michigan locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a Facilities or administrative-related role required, preferably with general knowledge of building maintenance in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities operational tasks including maintenance reviews, vendor scheduling, supply fulfillment and service requests.
• Monitor the facilities helpdesk and assign service requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Schedule and coordinate vendor work across janitorial, HVAC, electrical, and security services.
• Provide back-up support for building security and manage supplies and event setups.
