Southland Industries in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily maintenance, security, and facility operations for leased spaces. You will coordinate MEP repairs, manage supplies, and support safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, setting up spaces for meetings and new hires, handling access control, mail logistics, and ensuring after-hours security. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of related facilities experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and security/access software.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities maintenance, upkeep and security for leased spaces.
• Coordinate maintenance program and serve as primary contact for facility issues.
• Organize and participate in facility, janitorial and security inspections.
• Prepare office spaces for new hires and set up conference rooms.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance and report to Facilities Manager.
• Coordinate mail pickup and delivery and manage remote facility items.
• Ensure buildings are secured at end of day and manage access keys.
• Process new hire and termination access requests and maintain emergency contacts.
