Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in maintenance, engineering, and comprehensive property operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing facility operations, including maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service and maintenance needs.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support budget planning and cost management for facility operations.
• Track KPIs to enhance facility efficiency.
