The Building People, LLC seeks a full-time Area Facilities Operations Specialist in Kings Point, NY. You will assist the Project Manager and customer with execution of a comprehensive operations and maintenance program to ensure facilities meet safety, environmental, and appearance standards.

Responsibilities include supporting contractual deliverables, coordinating repairs, tracking status, and conducting inspections. A bachelor’s degree and background clearance are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with three+ years of related experience, or five+ years and related training.
• Experience performing building inspections and condition assessments.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and standard estimating tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Manager with accurate, timely contractual deliverables.
• Assist with corrective actions, repairs, and maintenance coordination.
• Track project status, inspections, documentation, and completion of work orders.
• Monitor building systems and document deficiencies and repairs.
