• Five years of experience in building maintenance or construction; two years in supervisory/project management.
• Preferred licensure in electricity, HVAC, or plumbing; knowledge of building plans and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance operations for multiple sites including campus buildings and grounds.
• Coordinate construction and maintenance projects; implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Develop and manage annual maintenance budget and expenditures; oversee contracted services.
• Ensure safety, security, and emergency readiness; collaborate with Campus Security and CFO.
