Job summary

QTS Realty Trust in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a FacOps Analyst I to monitor processes, analyze data, and drive improvements across facilities operations. You will work with engineering, operations, and vendors to improve system reliability and support uptime programs.

This role requires a BS degree and 3+ years in project management or related fields, with experience in RCA, data analysis, and familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis and/or Problem Management processes.
• Experience in data analysis, including use of Excel pivot tables, formulas, and charting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, business applications and databases such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and Salesforce, etc.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of departmental performance metrics
• Develop and implement operational templates and communication strategies
• Collaborate across multiple teams to improve operational efficiency and quality
• Build and maintain working relationships with any 3rd party providers, partners and vendors supporting operational processes

Position Summary The FacOps Analyst I supports operational excellence by monitoring key processes, analyzing data, and identifying improvement opportunities. The analyst works closely with internal engineering teams, operational stakeholders, external service providers, and vendor partners to aggregate incident and operational performance data, highlight trends, and improve overall system reliability via the Root Cause Analysis and Uptime Assessment programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of project management or related professional experience
• Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis and/or Problem Management processes
• Experience in data analysis, including use of Excel pivot tables, formulas, and charting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, business applications and databases such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and Salesforce, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing, reforecasting, and reconciling budgets of $1M+
• Experience managing 3rd party provider and vendor relationships
