Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification required.
• Experience with CMMS and basic computer applications (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and monitoring of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life-safety systems.
• Inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to ensure optimal operation.
• Record readings, monitor equipment, and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
