Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0–2 years general office experience; insurance industry preferred but not required.
• Familiar with minor carpentry, painting, general repair and project management; valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general office environments with office administrator and Tech Support.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and setup daily across facility.
• Maintain professional appearance of facility and equipment.
• Maintain inventories of supplies and arrange purchases/deliveries.
• Back up for office administrator duties as needed.
