Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Facilities & Office Services Assistant for an established environmental nonprofit organization serving the SanFrancisco Bay Area. This is an on-site, part-time opportunity based in Richmond, CA, supporting the organization’s office environment and day-to-day facilities needs.
The Facilities & Office Services Assistant will help organize, maintain, and improve the functionality of the organization’s office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on organization, creating efficient systems, moving and arranging items, and making physical workspaces more functional and orderly. The position will work independently on office organization projects while also providing general front‑office and facilities support.
This is a part‑time temporary position paying $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience, with a Tuesday–Friday schedule from 9:00AM–5:00PM. The assignment is expected to run through the end of November, with potential for the position to continue or transition into a longer‑term opportunity based on organizational needs and performance.
