Job summary

Cetera Financial Group Inc. is seeking a Facilities Associate to support local office operations, hospitality, and everyday workplace services. You will help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include site walkthroughs, conference room management, workstation moves, vendor coordination, and front desk backup. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or facilities-related coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, facilities, office services, hospitality, mail services, or workplace support preferred.
• Experience using a service ticketing system preferred.
• Experience supporting office operations or coordinating vendors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine walkthroughs to identify facilities, safety, housekeeping, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor conference rooms, breakrooms, common areas, and workplace amenities to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist with workstation setup, seating changes, office moves, and workplace organization.
• Provide onsite hospitality for meetings and welcome visitors, including room setup, refreshments, signage, guest assistance, and post-meeting reset.
• Support front desk and visitor management as backup for routine reception activities.
