Tropical Financial Credit Union (TFCU) is seeking an organized Office/Facilities Manager to support administrative and facilities functions at our Miramar location. You will coordinate procurement, vendor relations, mail operations, and basic maintenance to keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for document organization and electronic records management.

• Assist with purchasing and processing invoices.
• Maintain kitchen facilities and office supplies, replenishing as needed.
• Assist with facilities upkeep, vendor check-in procedures, and office moves.
