Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred in related field.
• 5+ years in operations, facilities, or site management with budget responsibility.
• 2+ years coordinating services, vendors, or internal teams for building ops.
• 1+ year in facilities operations or building services; preferred.
• Certifications such as CFM/FMP, OSHA 30, PMP are advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office, CMMS/ticketing, DocuSign, BMS, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site office presence, set service standards, and coordinate with occupants and visitors.
• Develop and maintain the office operating model, budgets, and approval rules.
• Own the office operating budget, track actuals, and manage spend against budget.
• Ensure building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, elevators) are reliable.
• Oversee cleaning, reception, mail, and vendor relationships to standards.
• Coordinate safety, emergency planning, access, and evacuation readiness.
• Support events and programs with facility accommodations and space readiness.
• Report on office performance and drive continuous improvement.
