In-N-Out Burger in Irvine, CA is seeking a full-time Facilities Construction Project Manager I to oversee non-store real estate projects from construction through turnover. The role requires strong field presence, QA oversight, and coordination with operations, supply chain, and IT facilities teams.

Responsibilities include leading punch lists, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring design intent and code compliance across multiple facility types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• PMP, CMIT, or OSHA certification preferred.
• 5–7 years’ experience in construction project management, field supervision, or construction administration.
• 2+ years in food/beverage, meat manufacturing, or production facility construction.
• 2+ years’ experience with warehouse, distribution center, or corporate office construction.
• Strong knowledge of codes, OSHA safety standards, and regulatory inspections.
• Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate construction documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction execution, QA, and turnover of non-store real estate projects.
• Lead punch list development, turnover walks, and ensure items are resolved.
• Attend and contribute to OAC, pre-construction and progress meetings.
• Evaluate field conditions and coordinate design clarifications with Design Manager.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and ensure alignment with standards and BOD.
