Job summary

Geospatial Consulting Group International (Geocgi) is seeking a Facilities Management Analyst to support USMC MILCON workflows, focusing on military construction planning, execution, and enterprise data analytics. You will collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders to optimize processes and provide insights for force design and mission readiness.

The role is hybrid with primary remote work and on-site days at the Pentagon as requested, offering opportunities to influence capital

Qualifications

4+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with a Master’s degree in facility management, master planning, asset management, and/or MILCON workflows.
Ability to perform analysis on MILCON portfolio sources from authoritative systems.
Translate data findings into decision-making products and reports.
Translate MILCON performance metrics into client implementation standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor master planning efforts and MILCON projects across USMC portfolios.
Perform analysis to support master planning and validate MILCON projects with space requirements and force readiness.
Define and document execution metrics for MILCON programs.
Conduct financial analysis and produce reports for program execution tracking.
Develop automated reports to track MILCON projects and financial execution.
Coordinate with stakeholders to document MILCON data and system requirements across the enterprise.
Advise on MILCON and Force Design optimization best practices.
Assist in creating briefs and whitepapers as needed.
